RESOLUTION

ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND LIBERAL FORCES IN  RUSSIA

 

Considering the second ongoing process in Moscow against Mikhail Khodorkovsky, already condemned in the year 2004, from then in a Siberia jail now he is again under accuse;

 

Considering  that accuses against Mikhail Khodorkovsky looks at all instrumental observers sometimes at “punish” financing formerly provided to Russian Liberal forces;

 

Considering that this matter has been the object of continuing criticisms by European leaders by the Council of Europe, and in a Bipartisan motion at USA’s Senate acts with Barrack Obama and John McCain’s signatures.

 

The CDI respectfully appeals to the Russian President, Mr. Dimitry Medvedev to carefully examine the situation and to take all necessary measures in order to establish the state of law and to guarantee the human rights in Russia.
